Grace Harbor Church is a new bilingual church started in the Tokyo Waterfront area, located around Koto-ku, and Chuo-ku. This is a ministry of Mission to the World Japan (MTW Japan), an outreach of Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), and is in a tight relationsip with Grace City Church Tokyo, and globary sypported by Redeemer City to City, and also affiliated with Acts29 Network.   

The vision of Grace Harbor Church is to see the Tokyo Waterfront area become an area overflowing with the grace and blessings of Jesus Christ; An area where people can get a rest from the stormy world, recovered, and be sent out again on their next voyage; as salt and light to make Tokyo Waterfront, the Metro Tokyo, Japan, and entire the world, more beautiful than ever with the gospel of Jesus Christ, ready to receive the second coming of the Lord Jesus.
